Fathers Day

We celebrated Fathers day on both Saturday and Sunday

We spent Saturday afternoon with our dads, Poppy and Grandpa.The men (Creighton excluded, he was napping!) went to Top Golf to play golf and hit balls in the batting cage and then we took them out to dinner. Mi Cocina of course!

Here I am with Poppy, Creighton and Dee Grandpa, Creighton and Dave Mimi and Grandpa, showing Creighton how to drink from a straw!

That night we let the fathers (dave, grandpa and poppy) do the bath and put Creighton to bed. Creighton wore some special pj's that said "Grandpa's Little Man" if you can read that in the tiny print above.

The next morning, Creighton greeted his Daddy with a few Father's Day cards and gifts

And here Creighton is showing his Daddy the book we gave to him for Father's Day...its called "Daddy Loves Me" and Creighton was excited to read it with his daddy

And lastly, here is Creighton before bed the night of Father's Day wearing some similar pj's but these say "Daddy's Little Monster" (the print above has writing that is too small to read so I tried to post this picture but I can't get it to rotate for some reason, so you'll have to just crank your neck to see it!)

To our fathers, you are incredible men; leaders, providers, friends. Thank you for being an example of a loving father to Dave and to Creighton!
To our heavenly father, thank you for your Son and for our son! You are the ultimate example of what a father is and we can only hope to reflect your perfect, fatherly love to the people in our lives.
